Supervisors, managers, directors of just about any industry find it difficult to communicate with their teams outside of haveing a physical/formal meeting. Most are not yet comfortable with the proces of building their own blog for themselves OR are concerned about the security of using public blogs. Offer an app that offers security and targets the leaders of teams that are either geographically apart or to avoind unnecessary communication meetings when local.

Most small businesses use QuickBooks as the back-office accounting application. Now that Google has a strategic partnership with QuickBooks, it would be nice to have Etelos CRM integration. Adding Gmail integration would also be a big plus.

Maintain your own family tree with contact information and photos. After a marriage, it's often very hard to properly update the family tree to include all of the historical information for the new family member. If the person you are adding is already in another family tree in the system, facilitate incorporating their historical data in your own family tree.

A number of people work to a timed clock - especially in legal professions or project-based management for large-scale projects. Being able to enter project numbers/charge codes and click a "start/stop" number would provide hours-based projects with a clear, easy-to-track time management tool to estimate costs with a specific project.
